These Terms of Use govern access to Lottery Intelligence Studio, including the macOS application, this website, account authentication, and subscription plans.

1. Service description

Lottery Intelligence Studio provides tools for analyzing historical lottery results, including KENO, EuroJackpot, and Lotto 6aus49. The service includes archive navigation, structural analysis features, optional account-based functionality, and optional cloud backup of saved tickets for eligible subscribers.

2. No prediction or winnings guarantee

The application does not predict winning numbers and does not guarantee winnings. All outputs are based on historical data and analytical methodology. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information presented.

3. Accounts and authentication

You may create an account to access certain features using email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

4. Subscription plans

Guest, trial, and premium subscription plans may be offered. Premium features, billing intervals, and availability may vary by region. Where App Store billing applies, subscription terms presented at purchase and Apple’s terms govern billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the application or related infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent analysis outputs as predictions or guaranteed outcomes.

6. Account deletion

You may delete your account from Account → Delete Account in the macOS application. See our Account Deletion page and Privacy Policy for details on what is removed and what may be retained by law.

7. Intellectual property

The application, branding, methodology presentation, and related materials are owned by Lottery Intelligence Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lottery Intelligence Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on historical analysis results.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
