Account Deletion

You can delete your Lottery Intelligence Studio account and associated online account data at any time.
Delete your account in the macOS app
- Open Lottery Intelligence Studio on your Mac.
- Go to Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
You must be signed in to complete in-app deletion.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your authenticated Supabase account is permanently deleted.
- Cloud-backed saved tickets associated with your account are removed from our online database.
- Account-related local session, membership cache, and profile data stored for that user on the current Mac are cleared.
- You are signed out and returned to guest mode.
Local data on your Mac
Some locally stored application data on the current Mac may remain after deletion — for example, saved tickets, cached archive data, or settings that were not removed during the in-app flow. You can delete saved tickets inside the app or remove remaining local data by uninstalling Lottery Intelligence Studio from your Mac.
Local data on other devices is not affected unless you delete your account on each device or remove the app there.
What we may retain
We do not promise to delete records that we must or may legally retain, including records needed for billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, security investigations, tax, accounting, or compliance with applicable law. Apple may retain App Store purchase and subscription records according to its own policies.
If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow
If you are unable to sign in or use Account → Delete Account, contact us for assistance:

Include the email address associated with your account and a clear request to delete your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Important note
Lottery Intelligence Studio provides historical lottery archive analysis. The application does not predict winning numbers and does not guarantee winnings. Account deletion does not change the historical nature of publicly available lottery draw data.
