Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Lottery Intelligence Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Lottery Intelligence Studio macOS application, this website, and related account services.
1. Overview
Lottery Intelligence Studio is designed for historical lottery archive analysis. The application does not predict winning numbers and does not guarantee winnings. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate accounts, subscriptions, optional cloud backup, and core analysis features.
2. Information we process
- Account and authentication data: When you create or sign in to an account, we process your email address, display name, authentication session data, and account identifiers through Supabase, our authentication provider. You may sign in with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign In. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
- Subscription and billing status: L.I.S.A. PRO subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles payment. We receive subscription status, product identifiers, purchase/restore metadata, and related entitlement information. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Saved-ticket cloud backup: If you are signed in with an active L.I.S.A. PRO subscription and use cloud sync, saved lottery ticket data from your Mac may be stored in your online account for backup and restore. Cloud sync is limited to saved tickets; it does not sync full archives, analysis history, or all application settings across devices.
- Local application data: Language, settings, legal acceptance records, cached archive data, saved tickets, and analysis preferences are stored locally on your Mac unless you choose to use optional online account features.
- Support communications: If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your email address and message content.
- Technical data: When automatic archive updates are enabled, the application may request public lottery result pages. Destination servers may receive standard technical data such as IP address and request metadata. Optional crash or usage diagnostics, if you enable them in the first-launch wizard, may also be processed to improve reliability.
3. How we use information
- Provide and secure account authentication and session management.
- Operate guest, trial, and premium access according to your subscription status.
- Enable lottery archive analysis for KENO, EuroJackpot, and Lotto 6aus49.
- Back up and restore saved tickets when cloud sync is active.
- Process App Store subscriptions, restores, and entitlement verification.
- Respond to support requests and account deletion requests.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
4. Local and cloud processing
Core archive analysis runs locally on your Mac. Account authentication, optional saved-ticket cloud backup, and subscription verification may involve online processing through our service providers. We do not use your historical analysis queries to build advertising profiles.
5. Sign-in providers
If you use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign In, authentication is handled according to those providers’ terms and privacy policies, in addition to this Policy. Apple and Google may receive information necessary to authenticate you when you choose their sign-in option.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate authentication (Supabase), App Store billing (Apple), sign-in providers (Apple, Google), hosting, and customer support — only as needed to provide the service and subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
We retain account, subscription, and cloud backup data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize online account authentication data and associated cloud saved tickets where applicable.
We may retain certain records for longer where required or permitted by law, including for billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legal compliance. Apple may retain subscription and purchase records according to its own policies.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account inside the macOS application from Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes your authenticated Supabase account, deletes cloud-backed saved tickets associated with that account, clears account-related local session and membership data on the current Mac, and signs you out.
Some locally stored data on your Mac — such as tickets or analysis records not removed during deletion — may remain until you delete them in the app or uninstall the application. See our Account Deletion page for details.
If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, contact support@lotteryintelligencestudio.com.
9. Your choices and rights
- Use guest mode without creating an account where the product allows it.
- Sign out of your account at any time.
- Delete your account from the Account page in the macOS app.
- Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings.
- Contact us with privacy questions or requests at support@lotteryintelligencestudio.com.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and service data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Children
The service is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law for independent account registration.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
